We had them come in and view our problems on the roof. The building is approximately 60,000 sq. ft. We started off with the worst first-which was all the protrusions and some of the ridge seams. We know there are more problems and they have had this conversation with us and we plan on doing more in the near future. Everything is working great!

They said they have never applied to anything such as this and would be taking more time on the preparation then most. They applied everything and this was 6 years ago. This trailer goes up/down through ditches-twisting and it never fails. Some of the things we don't miss is the wet seed and the stink. Easy to work with-We recommend them.
